On September 26, 2011 Andrew N. Epstein will be speaking to select P&C Insurers about the effect on the insurance industry of the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in Progressive Homes Ltd. v. Lombard General Insurance Co. of Canada.  Andrew was co-counsel with Gordon G. Hilliker Q.C. at the Trial level hearing in Progressive.

Mr. Epstein graduated from UBC Law School in 1993 and was called to the Bar in 1994. Mr. Epstein has written extensively on a number of topics within his practice areas. He is a frequent and popular speaker on a number of legal issues at professional and industry-specific seminars.
