Associate Lawyer Sarah J. Hentschelwill be co-presenting at the 4th Annual Disability Claims Management and Litigation Seminar on October 27th at the Four Season Hotel in Vancouver.  She joins Judith Macfarlane of Bull Houser Tupper LLP to present on finding the Threshold for Seeking Accommodation and Undue Hardship.  The discussion will cover several key aspects including procedures to determine hardship, financial costs, and breach of employment contracts.

Ms. Hentschel is member of the British Columbia Bar Association, a member of the women’s Lawyers Forum and the chair of the insurance subsection.  An active participant in her community, Ms. Hentschel is  also a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association Vancouver-Burnaby Branch.
