Darren's client work encompasses the breadth of corporate commercial practice with a particular interest in business acquisitions, shareholders agreements and corporate reorganizations. He also provides estate planning services for individuals and families. 

Darren attended the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV),and the University of British Columbia (UBC), earning degrees in history and law. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008 after completing his articles at a firm in Langley, BC. Darren comes to our firm after working at a leading Vancouver based firm and establishing his own solo practice.
