Craig Neville, partner and chair of the Family Law Group at WGM Lawyers, has been re-elected President of the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society. Craig was one of the original directors of the society and has served as President since 2009 its incorporation in September 2009.  

The BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society was incorporated with a mandate to establish, and foster the growth of, parenting coordination in B.C. as a key tool to assist families, post divorce, in addressing the challenges of co parenting children. Parenting coordination is most commonly employed when a parenting plan, or other permanent arrangements for custody, guardianship and access, have been agreed upon or ordered by the court. Parenting Coordinators can then be retained to both assist parents in implementing their parenting plans and, where necessary, make determinations on parenting issues, within the agreed upon mandate of the parenting coordinator, when the parents can't agree.
