On May 11, 2011 Andrew N. Epstein will be speaking to the Insurance Institute of British Columbia about the effect on the insurance industry of the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in Progressive Homes Ltd. v. Lombard General Insurance Co. of Canada.  Andrew was co-counsel with Gordon G. Hilliker Q.C. at the Trial level hearing in Progressive.
